1. Information We Collect

GroundPulse collects information necessary to provide infrastructure displacement monitoring services:

• Account information: Name, email address, organization name, and role when you create an account.
• Asset data: Pipeline corridor definitions, bridge locations, and Areas of Interest (AOIs) you define within the platform.
• Usage data: Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns.
• Satellite data: We process publicly available NASA/ESA satellite displacement data. We do not collect this data from you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain our displacement monitoring services
• Generate risk assessments, alerts, and reports for your monitored infrastructure
• Send service notifications, alert emails, and report deliveries
• Improve and optimize platform performance and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on US-hosted infrastructure. Pipeline route data is classified as Critical Infrastructure Information (CII) and is encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement SOC 2 Type II controls including:

• AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored data
• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit
• Row-level security ensuring strict tenant isolation
• Comprehensive audit logging of all data access

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only:

• With your explicit consent
• With service providers who assist in platform operations, under strict data processing agreements
• When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Displacement measurement data is retained for the full historical record to support trend analysis. You may request data deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights
